Professor Walter Terry Parrish is an experienced senior educator and a successful leader in further and higher education, who has been involved in managing and teaching, skills-based learning and training for over 25 years in the UK and elsewhere. As a lecturer and entrepreneur, he has worked, promoted and delivered further and higher education courses and vocational skills training programmes.
He has directed and managed within a large UK state college where he was a director, responsible for a range of education and skills training programme areas from academic and professional courses and managing the academic provision across the college including leading and processing learner invigilation and assessments, institution’s moderation and accreditation management.
Some of his extensive achievements in education and skills-based learning have been, the implementation and delivery of training for BTEC’s, undertaking centre Quality reviews, external moderation for AVCE, External Verification for BTEC Nationals, external moderation for HND and level 7 Business courses and programmes amongst many others.
