Mahendra Mistry is an experienced director and an education student advisor/recruiter and the Founder of Business Link India, a UK-based consultancy specialized in building links between Indian and global academic institutions. He is a graduate of the University of Wolverhampton. A strong networker, he is highly motivated to build sustainable working relationships. He speaks fluent Gujarati and Hindi and understands Punjabi.
He currently works on behalf of Polytechnical University of Cartagena (Spain), where he recruits and advises Bachelors and Graduate students with degrees in business, agriculture, architecture, engineering and telecom wishing to enter MBA and other Masters programs in Spain. He is also involved in building dual and inter-university programmes.
His most recent work been working as a University/Academic Partner & Student Recruiter for Higher Education Institutions in India & Global | University/Academic Program Advisor for Higher Education Candidates (Students) in India & MEA Region, with focus on the UK/I, Spain and CEE | Founder of Business Link India. With many years of experience also as a government trade Aadvisor, Mahendra worked closely with strategic contacts in India and the UK, including in business support organisations, such as CBI, Chamber of Commerce (in India & UK), FICCI, UKIBC and UKTI and in top- rated education institutes in India. During this time, he and his team helped support 850+ Indian entities & partnerships on/off Indian soil, and successfully orchestrated the set‐up of 5 major Indian banks in Leicester, UK and 5 European/Indian strategic partnerships with higher education institutions.
