The Executive Board of Trustees came up to offer their respective members with the Editorial Journal Policy to give opportunity to their respective members to share their own experience with other members who have benefited the UKCKA;s Professional Knowledge Qualifications to enhance their respective Profession, without any interruption in their working profession.
The geographical scope of the Journal is worldwide. This is reflected in the membership of the Editorial Board, its readership, contributors, and subscribers. Given the dynamic and broad nature of the field of small business and entrepreneurship, the Journal is multi-disciplinary and multi-paradigmatic. Hence, papers draw upon a wide range of academic disciplines and contribute to a myriad of contemporary disciplinary debates whilst supporting theory development within the domains of small firm and entrepreneurship.
On behalf of most esteemed Progressive Awarding Institutions of 1981 UK Certified Knowledge Association (UKCKA), 2005 UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UKCCL), 2005 European Continental University (ECU), 2005 Consortium of Entrepreneurial Administrators (CEA) and 2018 One World Knowledge University (OWKU)bringing together a wide range of quality Journal under one Name “ADMIN WORLD” which has British Library License since 1993. Since September 2020 Executive Board of Trustees and Governors agreed to bring “Admin World” Journal as the official Publications for the five Associated Institutions UKCKA, UKCCL, ECU, CEA and OWKU from March 2021. From this month, the Admin World will be officially published monthly. This gives the privilege of all award recipients to share their respective vision and actively participate in confirming their respective benefits of Lifelong Blended Knowledge Educational Learning Diplomas and Degrees given for their respective Career Progress Development (CPD).
UK Certified Knowledge Association (UKCKA) was principally incorporated in Great Britain as an International Professional Awarding Body under the name of The Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA) in the of Year 1981 in accordance to 1948-1980 Company act with the special objective to offer UK Professional Certificates, Diplomas and Distinguished Memberships as an Enhancement Pathway for Degree Qualifications and Professional Image Enhancement memberships.
Admin World has taken the responsibility to ascertain the Professional Quality Management Standards that all the awarding institutions needs to adhere to the Equivalent Level to National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF), International Quality Standard of ISO 9001:2015 and UKCCL PQMS 5001- 2005. Every individual who holds Progressive Lifelong Blended Educational Learning Qualifications are known and accepted as an Accredited Professional in meeting the standards as demanded by the International Quality Standards to the respective Business Enterprises.

Growing up Philosophy
There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day. You have got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die. We have so many people walking around who are dead and don’t even know it! There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up. If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don’t do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years older. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything, I will turn eighty-eight years old. Anybody can grow older. That doesn’t take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change. Have no regrets. The elderly usually doesn’t have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets...’ REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. We make a Living by what we get. We make a Life by what we give. God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
It is my great pleasure as the Senior Honourary Patron of 1981 the Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA) in welcoming all distinguished and eminent working professionals and other matured candidates in obtaining a reputable and recognisable UK Professional Membership and Lifelong Learning Progressive Qualifications with Associate Institutions. The world of today is changing dramatically towards the Professional and Vocational Education path and CEA awards will be an advantage in enriching the individual image.
What impressed me most was the true harmony and honesty of the Executive Governor General for his dedication in developing a concept for Hands on Working Individuals with a High Quality Standard Professional and Vocational Educational Qualifications. This genuine desire is to promote the concept of professional integration into the traditional academic meadow.
As we are all aware that, since the millennium year, we have seen many revolutions in political, social, economic, and environmental disciplines across the world has brought forward many presidential changes. These changes also affect the increased demands for the reform of educational systems to meet the next century. I could remember the statement of MIT’s David Birch, “We are working ourselves out of the manufacturing business and into the thinking business.” But in my personal opinion is that currently the power of wealth is in the hands of a few, but knowledge must be in the hands of many.
I personally support and admire the vision and mission of Executive Governor General Professor Emeritus Ralph Thomas’ that “Professional Educational Qualification is an embellishment of accomplishment of Knowledge”. His believeis that it can be an enormous asset for theprogress of any society. Prof. Thomas’ goal has made me to accept this highest honorable position of Senior Patron of CEA. I appreciate the dictum of CEA,Career Enhancement Affirmation (CEA), Confirmation Eligibility Accreditation (CEA) and Credit Endorsement Achievement (CEA)
At this juncture, I am pleased to advice every aspiring candidate who wishes to gain a lifelong endorsement of their achievement, must enroll with the CEA for a reputable and recognised UK Professional Diplomas and Memberships. The colourful event took place on Friday night the 1st of October 2010 at Thistle Hotel, Marble Arch, in Central London. UK Kenyan achievers’ awards saw a number of Kenyans in UK rewarded for their outstanding work in their specific disciplines. The event was remarkably successful and especially for those that paid for glamour filled event. Kenyans as usual know how to enjoy themselves they danced, mingled and just interacted with everyone even with the top office holders. In attendance were the Ministers for Housing-Transport-Tourism, Kenyan High Commission to the UK and other government officials and special distinguish guests.
The Chief Guest at the event was Hon. Najib Balala the Minister of Tourism, who introduced his niece Dr Balala, a young lady who recently acquired her PHD in Law, portraying that UK Kenyans achievers need to engage with the wider community for the nominees and winners to be the full representatives of the Kenyans in UK. Majority of the winners literally deserved this as they have served the Kenyan Community in the UK greatly.
The Top Academician was taken by Mr Jim MuriithiNyagah who is an MBA Graduate of European Continental University of Delaware, USA. The Executive Board of Governors of ECU congratulates Mr Jim MuriithiNyagah for this achievement and he has made the ECU proud. This achievement confirms that UKCCL and ECU’s Knowledge Award cannot be disputed.
The Executive Board of Trustees and Governors of UKCKA is immensely proud of their Founder, the late Professor Das Gupta for his innovative vision of forming a UK Professional Body, which could be beneficial for many people who are outside Great Britain to earn a Professional Qualification with a high-quality standard, related to their respective employment.
Originally from Kolkata, India, Professor Gupta came to the UK with Bachelor of Law Degree and he followed up with a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Law Management. He was also a member of The Institute for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Executive Secretary General of the Institute of Cost and Executive Accountants, where he made it a Global Non-Charter Accounting Institution and setup many representative centres in Africa, Asia, Far East and Middle East Countries. Due to his passion for Quality Professional Qualifications, he incorporated The Corporation of Executive & Administrators (CEA) as a unique British Professional Awarding Body in the year of 1981 as a Non – Profit, Quasi Charity Professional Endorsed Learning Programme Institution. Professor Gupta made many valuable contributions to UK Professional Education,may he rest in peace.
